How to connect PDF editing between iPad, iPhone, and Mac?

I have been using PDF expert on my iPad and iPhone for some time now and really love the service so decided to get it for my Mac as well.

Right off the bat I have questions as to how I can view all of the files that I have on iCloud and that sync automatically between the iPhone and iPad. One of my favorite features of the iPad and iPhone apps is that I can edit these documents seamlessly between one another and that when I scan a document in or simply add it to my library, it automatically appears on all of my devices.

I would really appreciate it if you could help me figure this out.

How to add bookmarks to PDF using PDF Expert?

Courts in CA require that pdf documents with exhibits have 'bookmarks' to the exhibits. Does your product do that?

And one further inquiry, once I bookmark something with your app, can someone reading the pdf with Adobe reader, "see" and use the bookmark?

I ask this because "Preview" lets me bookmark, but only I can see the bookmark, not someone looking at the pdf with Adobe Reader and of course the courts use Adobe Reader to read PDF filings.

Here is my question: If I add pop-up notes using PDF Expert, will my colleagues and clients be able to read them easily with Adobe Acrobat?
