How to Convert a PDF to Google Doc on iPhone or iPad

How to convert a PDF file to a Google Doc

1. Make sure you have installed PDF Expert, Google Docs, and Google Drive apps on your iPhone or iPad. 
2. In PDF Expert go to > My Files > find the Google Drive icon and select Connect, log in with your Google Drive account credentials.
3. In PDF Expert > “My Files” open the PDF file you wish to export to another format in PDF Expert;
4. Or if you have a file outside the PDF Expert, tap on the file you want to convert and choose 'Share' > 'Save to PDF Expert'. 
5. Make sure to switch to the Export tab at the top.
6. Tap the needed format on the top toolbar - it can be “to Word” if you want to save it as a Google Doc, or 'to Text' - if you want a plain text document with no formatting.
7. In a pop-up menu, choose the 'Share File' option, then select 'Google Drive'.
8. Open it in Google Drive, and the file will automatically open in Google Docs app. Tap the editing options on the right. Choose 'Share and export' > 'Save as a Google Docs file'.  

This way, you will get an editable Google Docs file saved on your Google Drive. Google Docs retain the original text and image formatting.

How to convert a PDF file to a Google Slide:

1. Make sure you have installed PDF Expert, Google Docs, and Google Slides apps on your iPhone or iPad.

9. Open it in Google Drive, and the file will automatically open in Google Slides app. Tap the editing options on the right. Choose 'Share and export' > 'Save as a Google Slides file'.
