8 simple steps to sign a PDF on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open a document you want to sign.
  2. Select Fill & Sign on the top toolbar.
  3. Tap Signature .
  4. To add your own signature, tap Create New Signature.
  5. If you need another person to sign a PDF, select Customer Signature. This is a one-time signature that isn't saved in the app and can't be copied to other documents.
  6. Scribble your signature. You can select color and thickness on the top toolbar.
  7. Tap where you want to insert the signature.
  8. You can move and resize a signature in the document.
